Parc Aventures Cap Jaseux offers a wide range of outdoor activities for the whole family, summer and winter alike: aerial hebertism courses, via ferrata (overlooking the Saguenay Fjord), guided sea kayaking trips, trails (hiking, snowshoeing or skiing "off"), beach, massage therapy and wild mushroom picking. Several original accommodations are available: tree houses, suspended spheres, domes, coolboxes, log cabins and a campsite that can accommodate tents and trailers. Equipment loans are available to visitors.
