  Stimulate your taste buds on this visit to the heart of the terroir! Visit the farm of Fromagerie Blackburn, a family-run business that concocts several top-of-the-range cheeses that have won international awards. You'll have the opportunity to taste each one for yourself! Duration: 1 h to 2 h

• La Fromagerie Boivin
  Discover the Fromagerie Boivin interpretation center. While tasting cheese samples, you'll hear the story of their family business. The dairy produces around 2.3 million kilos of cheese a year.

• La Distillerie du Fjord
  Distillerie du Fjord opens its doors to you with guided tours featuring the company's spirits. These tours will take the form of a journey of discovery through the manufacturing process, interpretation of boreal forest ingredients and tasting. During these activities, participants will have the chance to discover the company's values, the products offered, and the family history behind them. Distillerie du Fjord is located at 48 Chemin Price in St-David-de-Falardeau. An exceptional site, located at the foot of Monts-Valin, where you can enjoy the experience all year round, by reservation only. The boutique section is also open, allowing visitors to purchase promotional items and spirits directly on site. Duration: 1 h to 1 h 30 | Capacity: 12 people at a time.
